Refunds

Our refund policy allows you to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. If you change your mind about your purchase, simply contact our customer service team within this period to initiate the refund process. If you have been sent a physical product please ensure that the items are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund promptly. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the return process as smooth as possible.

 

Food Sensitivity Test (hair sample) - Our promise

Our customer promise comes with every sensitivity test. At Check My Body Health, we don’t just aim to deliver value, we promise it. If you don’t feel the benefits or see positive changes after your elimination diet, our Customer Promise has you covered.

To be eligible for a refund you need to have followed the elimination diet for a minimum of six weeks upon receiving your test results and kept a valid food diary. The food diary will need to be supplied for examination by our nutritionist before any refund can be processed. If at the end of the six weeks you do not see any improvement in your symptoms, please provide this information, details on what is needed is below, and we will review your request and provide you with access to our wider services, delivering on our promise to provide the value you came to us for.

Once the above is complete, please provide us with the following details in order for our nutritionist team to review your request for a refund:

  • Name used to purchase

  • Email address used to purchase

  • Website order number or Groupon redemption code

  • Transaction amount

  • Date of purchase

  • Full six-week food diary

Refunds or website credit can only be claimed within 90 days of purchase.

 

Digital Service Activation and Refunds

Our sensitivity tests are a personalised digital service. Upon purchasing, you receive an activation code, which allows you to activate your test online. Once activated, you are able to send your sample to us for processing. Your results are then produced and delivered digitally via the email address you provide at registration.

In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have a right to cancel their order within 14 days of purchase. However, this right is lost once the digital service has begun, which occurs when you activate your test using the unique code provided.

By activating your test, you:

  • Give us express consent to begin the service

  • Acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period

If you do not activate your test within the 14-day period and wish to cancel, please contact our support team at info@checkmybodyhealth.com with your order details to request a refund.

 

Blood Allergy & Intolerance Sample Collection Kit Refunds:

You may change your mind about whether to proceed with an order provided that you do so within 14 days of placing your order. Provided that you return the test kit to us at your own cost, we will issue a refund minus £20.00 cost of the kit and postage fee. Your right to change your mind and receive a refund ceases automatically once you have either unsealed or otherwise used the test kit, or a period greater than 14 days has elapsed since you received the test kit. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of your kit being returned.

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us as soon as possible to assist you in resolving any issues.

Opening a claim on PayPal or Stripe will significantly delay the resolution process.

Groupon, Wowcher and Amazon customers will need to contact the respective Customer Services directly if they want a refund as we cannot influence this.

 

Supplement Product Refunds:

Your right to change your mind and receive a refund ceases automatically once you have either unsealed or otherwise used the product, or a period greater than 14 days has elapsed since you received the product. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of your product being returned.

Refunds and Cancellation – Digital Content Subscription

By subscribing to our digital meal planning service, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Free Trial Period
We offer a 30-day free trial to all new subscribers. During this trial period, you may cancel your subscription at any time without charge. No payment will be taken until the free trial ends.

Start of Paid Subscription
At the end of the free trial, your paid subscription will begin automatically unless cancelled beforehand. Upon activation of the paid subscription, you will be charged monthly unless otherwise stated.

Digital Content and Right to Cancel
Once your paid subscription begins, you gain immediate access to our digital content and services. By agreeing to these terms at sign-up, you:
  • Consent to the immediate delivery of digital content; and
  • Acknowledge that your 14-day statutory right to cancel is waived from the point the paid subscription starts.
As a result, we are not required to provide refunds for subscription payments once the digital content has been accessed, even if you are within the 14-day period after your first payment.

Ongoing Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further payments will be taken. Access to the service will stop when the subscription is cancelled.
